Sneak Peek 2 has been released by Supercell through content creators about the upcoming update in October 2025 in Clash of Clans. This sneak peek 2 reveals more information about the upcoming update. A new league system will replace the current league system. The Ranked Mode system will also be introduced with new features. Let’s explore all the upcoming stuff in this October 2025 update.
In the current league system, you have the following League levels:
Every league has three sub-leagues. For Example, the Bronze league has Bronze I, Bronze II, and Bronze III. Every league has perks and loot bonuses (Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir). Higher leagues have more loot bonuses. In multiplayer battles, you get trophies when you attack other players. You can go to the higher leagues by collecting more trophies.
When you click on the attack button, you can see two options: Battle and Ranked Battle. You can choose which options you want to attack. The battle option is very simple. Just click on it and attack other players. You will not get any trophies when you attack in this mode, and even the trophies of the opponents will not be affected. But the player on whom you will attack will get the Shield if you damage 30% of the base.
You will get trophies when you attack in the Ranked Battle mode, even will also get some trophies when you are attacked by other players. There are a total of 34 leagues in this system.
All 33 leagues will have weekly tournaments except for the legend league. One tournament is for one week.
You have to sign up for these weekly tournaments.
You can do a specific number of attacks in different leagues. For example, in P.E.K.K.A, you can do 14 attacks per tournament. But you can do 18 attacks in the Titan league and so on. Every league has a different number of attack limits and bonuses.
The Legend League will work in the same way as it is currently working. You will get 8 battles per day (You can do 8 attacks on other players, and also 8 players can attack your base), and the duration will be four weeks for one legend league season.
When you climb to the high leagues, you will feel more difficulty to attack on other players. Battle modifiers will be the new way of showing difficulties.
Starting from the Electro 32 league, the battle modifier at the Electro 32 league will be Intermediate. It means:

There is one more option in Battle Modifiers. It is called Esports. It is not linked with any league because it is the toughest mode. You can choose it in a friendly challenge. In this modifier:
If you attack in the Ranked Battle and destroy the base of the opponent player 100%, you will get 40 trophies. If you get two stars, you can get 16 to 32 trophies, which depends on the percentage of damage.
You will also get trophies if someone attacks your base and fails to get 3 stars. For example, if a player destroys your base 50% and gets two stars, he will get 16 trophies. But you will get 40-16=24 trophies after this attack.
There will be some rules to participate in the weekly tournaments of Ranked Battle.
According to your trophies of the current league system, you will be added to the equivalent league. The top 100,000 players of the game will be added to the Legend League of the new System. The next top 200,000 players (which are below the top 100,000 players) of the game will be added to the Electro 33 league. The next top 300,000 players (which are below the top 100,000 + 200,00 = 300,000 players) of the game will be added to the Electro 32 league.
For every Town Hall level, there is a low limit of League.
Supercell is introducing a new feature to the settings in the upcoming October 2025 update. When you attack any other player, you can see the decorations and obstacles on the base. After the update, you can use this feature to hide the decorations and obstacles of other players.
