In this war base, TH13 (War/CWL, Anti 3 Stars Layout) three simple sections are designed on the left, right, and bottom sides of the base. A section with double and multi-layer compartments is on the top side.
Townhall is placed in this section with air bombs, giant bombs, an inferno tower, and two wizard towers. The second section has eagle artillery, a cannon, and some traps. Two wizard towers are placed on its both sides inside additional walls.
Sections on the left and right sides have inferno towers, a hidden tesla, and builder huts. Air defenses, hero altars, clan castle, x bows, air sweepers, and scattershots are placed outside the town hall section.
Gold and elixir storages are spread out on the boundaries to prevent the attacker from getting them at once. All the remaining defenses and structures are placed on the way between sections and outside the walls.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will start the attack by deploying the log launcher from the bottom side of the base. Then he will deploy two yeti. Wizard towers and cannons will start attacking them. He will deploy the barbarian king and cast an overgrowth spell on the nearest structures.
Before the eagle artillery activates, the log launcher will destroy it. Then the enemy will deploy yeti, super witches, and the grand warden. He will also deploy the royal champion and archer queen behind them.
All these troops will move toward the next compartment from the right side of the base. Here cannon, mortar, wizard tower, x bow and inferno tower will target them. The attacker will cast another overgrowth spell on structures outside the section so that the attacking troops will start damaging the inner structures.
Inferno tower will be damaging yeti and other troops so the opponent will cast rage and healing spells on his army. X bows will destroy some yeti and townhall’s giga inferno will also be targeting super witches. The royal champion will destroy the inferno tower and bomb tower.
The attacker will cast a skeleton spell on the town hall. X bow and archer queen will protect the town hall. Hidden teslas will also be hitting the troops and here the enemy will cast a haste spell on his army to boost the destruction speed.
Now the attacker has utilised his complete army and lost more than 70% of them. Two remaining super witches and the grand warden will be smashing the defenses and yeti will be clearing the outer buildings.
Giga inferno will damage the grand warden, and start targeting skeletons and super witches. Strategically placed x bow, inferno tower, and other defenses will never let the attacker get the victory. He will be defeated without getting three or even two stars from this base.
