In this anti 2 star base, the TH12 (Hybrid, War/CWL, Anti 2 Star Layout), we have designed four equal compartments with a combined path. The clan castle is placed in the center of the base.
Air bombs, air sweepers, x bows, mortars, giant bombs, and archer towers are placed on each side. Townhall is placed in a section that also includes hidden teslas, an air defense, an inferno tower, a bomb tower, and dark elixir drills.
The barbarian king and the grand warden are also placed in this section. Eagle artillery, archer queen, dark elixir storage, and some defenses are placed in the second section. Gold and elixir storages are placed in the remaining sections with wizard towers and inferno towers.
Army camps, resource collectors, buildings, and cannons are placed outside the base layout to make it time consuming for the opponents.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will start the attack by deploying a wizard from the lower corner of the base near the grand warden. He will deploy the wall wrecker here which will clear the way to enter the base.
He will cast an overgrowth spell on defenses in this section and deploy P.E.K.K.As. These will start attacking the base while x-bows will defend. He will deploy miners from the same position.
Inferno towers and hidden teslas will target P.E.K.K.As and the enemy will deploy the grand warden and archer queen behind them. Mortars, cannons, x-bows, and inferno tower will be damaging attacking troops and eagle artillery will also be activated.
He will cast a rage spell on P.E.K.K.As to speed them up and a healing spell to heal the damaged ones. Miners and P.E.K.K.As will destroy this section, clan castle, and move forward.
He will cast a jump spell for P.E.K.K.As to quickly enter other sections. The grand warden and archer queen will clear many buildings but the eagle artillery will lock on P.E.K.K.As. The remaining two pekka will keep smashing structures.
The grand warden and archer queen will lose health due to the defensive attacks of cannons, mortars, and wizard towers. These will not be able to stay longer here and destroy the whole base. At last, the attacker will face defeat without getting a three star victory.
