In this base BH10, the builder hall is placed in the bottom corner of the base along with archer towers, a roaster, a mega tesla, an air bomb, crushers, mega mines, an elixir storage a lava launcher, a gem mine, firecrackers, a gold mine, a clock tower, a giant cannon, an x-bow, mines and some other buildings. Walls are placed around this section.
In the builder hall base 2.0, the OTTO’s outpost is placed in the center section of the base along with firecrackers, cannons, a gold storage, a multi mortar, an elixir collector, a hidden tesla, a gold mine, an archer tower, a mega mine, double cannons, a guard post, mines and the elixir storage.
All the remaining buildings are placed outside the walls to secure the base and slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker has the battle machine and the electrofire wizards in his army. He will deploy the battle machine to clear the base resources. The battle machine will attack with an electric hammer which shoots lightning and damages the buildings. He will deploy the electrofire wizards behind the battle machine to make the attack vigorous.
The Electrofire Wizards will use chain lightning attacks that can hit up to four different targets. The base defenses like a giant cannon, a lava launcher and the roaster will destroy some of the attacker’s troops. The electrofire wizard will attack multiple buildings and destroy them.
The attacker will boost the power of the battle machine to cause more damage in the base. The battle machine and the electrofire wizards will attack and destroy the builder hall. A roaster and the giant cannon will do a defensive attack on the battle machine and the electrofire wizards and destroy them.
His army will destroy the builder hall, firecrackers, a giant cannon, a star laboratory and other buildings. The lava launcher, a mega tesla and a roaster will do a defensive attack on multiple troops and destroy them. He will use the major part of his army to destroy the base. He will not be able to get three stars from the base.
