In this base bh09, the builder hall is placed in the center of the base along with the mega tesla, firecrackers, multi-mortar, push traps, giant cannon, and elixir storage. The archer towers, cannons, and mega mines are placed in different sections with walls around them. All the remaining resources are placed outside the walls.
In the multi-stage, the O.T.T.O.’s outpost is placed in the center of the base. The lava launcher, double cannons, roaster, hidden tesla, and air bombs are placed in the central section of the base. The BOB control and guard post are placed inside the walls in the corner of the section. The remaining buildings are placed outside the walls to slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy the battle machine near the clock tower to destroy them. He will deploy the Power P.E.K.K.A near the star laboratory to damage them. He will deploy the ranged barbarians near the buildings to destroy them. Then he will deploy the hog riders near the giant cannon to damage them.
This army will cause more destruction in the base. The defense buildings will damage some of the attacker’s troops to save the base. The raged barbarians will clear the base resources. He will boost the power of the battle machine.
The battle machine will destroy the inner buildings. He will use 70 percent of his army to destroy the base. The remaining troops will destroy the base and move towards the multi-stage. The attacker will deploy the raged barbarians to damage the buildings.
He will deploy the battle copter near the reinforcement camps to destroy them. Then he will deploy the Power P.E.K.K.A near the elixir collectors to damage them. He will deploy the hog riders to destroy the base defenses.
The remaining troops will lose their powers instantly. They will not be able to destroy the base. The attacker will face defeat due to the strong base. In this strategy, the combination of the raged barbarians, Power P.E.K.K.A, and hog riders is the only way to get three stars.
