In this base BH09, the builder hall is placed in the center of the base. The firecrackers, a multi mortar, a guard post, a cannon, hidden teslas, an archer tower, a lava launcher, mines and the crushers are also placed along with it in the central section. Walls are placed around each of them to protect the base. This section is connected with two small sections.
The double cannons and the mines are placed in these sections. These sections are also secured by walls. The other buildings like mines, a star laboratory, an elixir storage, gold mine, elixir collector and the gem mine are placed outside the walls to secure the base and slow down the attacker’s troops.
In the builder hall 2.0, the OTTO’s outpost is placed in the center section of the base along with the archer towers, a roaster, a mega tesla, an air bomb, a builders’ hut, a hidden teslas, a giant cannon and the firecrackers. Walls are placed around it.
Other buildings including elixir collectors, elixir storage, gold mines, a mine, a gold storage, a healing hut, cannons and a double cannon are placed outside the walls to secure the base.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army the attacker will deploy the battle machine to attack multiple buildings and destroy them. The battle machine will start the attack with an electric hammer and destroy the outer buildings. He will deploy the drop ships near the battle machine to make the attack vigorous.
The dropships drop a large explosive barrel beneath it and impact the grounds, destroying the walls and spawns several skeletons. After that, he will deploy the baby dragons and the beta minions to attack more buildings. The Beta Minion illuminates the battlefield with a ghastly green glow to target air and ground units.
He will deploy the power P.E.K.K.As near the battle machine to intensify the attack. The base defenses like cannons, hidden teslas and multi mortar will destroy some of the attacker’s troops to save the base. He will boost the power of the battle machine to cause more destruction in the base.
These troops will destroy the base and move towards the multi-stage. The battle machine will destroy the buildings. Cannon will do a defensive attack on the drop ships and destroy them. These troops will lose their powers instantly. His army will destroy the builder hall, crusher and other buildings.
The archer tower, a double cannon and a giant cannon will do a defensive attack on multiple troops and destroy them. To save the base, the base defenses will damage all of the attacker’s troops. The remaining troops will be unable to destroy the base. He will not be able to get a single star from the OTTO’s outpost base due to the strong layout strategy.
