In this th10 war base, (Anti 2 stars, Anti Air / Dragon, War/CWL Layout). Townhall is placed in the middle of the layout. Hidden Tesla is placed around the townhall. Inferno towers and air sweepers are placed on both sides of the townhall in boxes.
There are three boxes behind the townhall building. One contains clan castles, cannons, archer towers, wizard towers, air defense, and resources. While the other two boxes have an archer tower in them.
Barbarian king, archer queen, and air defense with some resources are placed in front of the townhall building. X-bow with bomb tower and resources are placed in another section. All the remaining buildings are placed around the layout.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will Deploy balloons and lava hounds around the base. They will attack on the outside resources. At the same time, he will deploy the barbarian king and archer queen. X-bows and wizard tower will defend the base and attack troops.
The attacker will cast rage spells on balloons to increase their speed and a healing spell to heal them. They will destroy the mortars, wizard tower, and archer tower. Inferno towers will attack balloons.
Air sweepers will push away balloons to secure the defense and townhall buildings. The attacker will cast a freeze spell on Inferno Tower and X-bows to secure his army. The barbarian king and archer tower will destroy the outside resources.
He will cast another rage spell on balloons and they will destroy hidden tesla and buildings around the townhall building. Inferno tower will kill the barbarian king and destroy most of the balloons.
Archer Queen will destroy the wizard tower and archer tower. Inferno tower and X-bow will attack Archer Queen. Archer queen will destroy the inferno tower, clan castle, X-bow, and townhall building. Using balloons with lava hound is the only way to get three stars from the base.
