In this war base TH11, (Anti 2 Stars, War/CWL, Anti Air / Electro Dragon Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base. This section is connected with two small sections. Two inferno towers and two air sweepers are placed in these sections. Walls are placed around these sections.
We have designed this layout in multiple sections. The eagle artillery, a clan castle, archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, heroes, air sweepers, elixir storages, cannons, gold mines, gold storages, hidden teslas, bomb towers, dark elixir drills, x-bows and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the archer queen near the walls to make the attack vigorous. In the meantime, he will deploy the healers behind the archer queen. Healers will continuously heal the archer queen during the attack. He will cast the skeleton spells on the eagle artillery to summon several skeletons to attack.
He will deploy an ice golem, P.E.K.K.A, bowlers and the barbarian kickers near the healers to make the attack vigorous. Our defense buildings will start attacking them. He will deploy the barbarian king and the grand warden near the multiple troops to intensify the attack.
His army will destroy eagle artillery, archer towers, cannons and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings including cannons, x-bows, inferno towers, hidden teslas and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them.
After that, he will cast the bat spells on the eagle artillery to summon several bats to attack. He will cast a freeze spell on the eagle artillery to secure his troops. Then, he will cast a clone spell and a rage spell on the healers to make their clones and increase their power.
He will cast a healing spell on the bowlers to heal them. He will cast an invisibility spell on the bowlers to invisible them. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them.
The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
