In this war base TH12, (Anti 2 Stars, War/CWL, Anti Everything Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with a clan castle, two inferno towers, two x-bows, two air sweepers and two hidden teslas. Walls are placed around it.
We have designed this layout in multiple sections. The archer towers, a wizard tower, air defenses, mortars, eagle artillery, gold mines, elixir collectors, cannons and x-bows are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the wall wrecker in the corner to break the walls faster. He will deploy the super giants and the barbarian kickers near the wall wrecker to make the attack vigorous. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots.
He will deploy the witches, valkyries and a wizard near the barbarian kickers to make the attack vigorous. He will deploy the archer queen near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them.
His army will destroy archer towers, wizard towers, cannons, air defenses and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings including an archer tower, cannons, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them.
After that, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the archer tower, a wizard tower, a cannon, a gold storge and an elixir storage to ignore the attack. He will cast a healing spell on the giants to heal them, a clone spell to make their clones and trick our defense buildings. He will cast a rage spell to increase their power and an invisible spell to invisible them.
He will cast a freeze spell on the town hall to secure his troops. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
