In this hybrid base TH12, (Farming Layout), the town hall is placed in the bottom section of the base. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, a clan castle, eagle artillery, air sweepers, gold mines, elixir collectors, dark elixir storage, cannons, mortars, x-bows and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the wall wrecker near the outer buildings to break the walls faster and attack on buildings. He will deploy the barbarian kickers, barbarians, an ice golem, super giants and the super wall breakers near the bomb towers and some other buildings to attack and destroy them.
Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots. He will deploy the archer queen near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive. He will deploy a yeti, bowlers and the witches near the multiple troops to make the attack vigorous.
Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. His army will destroy bomb towers, wizard towers, archer towers, a clan castle, the town hall and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings including hidden teslas, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them.
He will cast a rage spell on the bowlers to increase their power. He will cast a freeze spell on the inferno tower and an air sweeper to secure his troops. He will cast a clone spell on the bowlers to make their clones and trick our defense buildings.
Then, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the dark elixir drill, cannon, workshop and archer tower to ignore the attack. He will cast the skeleton spell and then he will cast a healing spell on the multiple troops to heal them. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base.
Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down.
As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
