In this farming base TH12, (Anti Everything, Hybrid Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with two x-bows. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The x-bows, inferno towers, cannons, wizard towers, archer towers, eagle artillery, a clan castle, elixir storages, gold storages, dark elixir storages, builders’ huts are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, a clan castle, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the wall wrecker in the corner to break the walls faster. He will deploy the barbarian kickers and an ice golem near the wall wrecker to make the attack vigorous. He will deploy the super valkyries and witches near the outer buildings to attack more buildings.
Our defense buildings will start attacking them. After that, he will deploy the inferno dragons and a bowler near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive. Our defense buildings including cannons and inferno dragons will do a defensive attack on the ice golem and destroy it.
He will deploy the archer queen near the inferno dragons to attack more buildings. His army will destroy archer towers, wizard towers, cannons and other resource buildings.
Our defense buildings including an archer tower, cannons, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them. After that, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the archer towers, a cannon and a dark elixir drill to ignore the attack.
He will cast the clone spells on the super valkyries to make the clones. Then, he will cast a healing spell on the inferno dragons to heal them. He will cast a freeze spell on the town hall, x-bow and dark elixir storage to secure his troops. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base.
Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down.
As a result, the attacker will not be able to get two or even a single star just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
