In this farming base TH12, (Hybrid Layout), the town hall is placed in the bottom corner of the base. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, a clan castle, eagle artillery, air sweepers, hidden teslas, gold storages, elixir storages, cannons, x-bows, and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the barbarians, barbarian kickers and the giant throwers in the corner near the hidden tesla, spell factory, elixir collectors and gold mine to attack and destroy them and some other buildings.
He will deploy a balloon, super dragons and an electro dragon near the barbarian kickers to make the attack vigorous. He will deploy the stone slammer to throw giant boulders and flatten some buildings. He will deploy the archer queen, barbarian king and the grand warden near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive.
Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. His army will destroy archer towers, wizard towers, hidden teslas, cannons and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings including wizard towers, cannons, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them.
After that, he will cast a rage spell on the super dragons to increase their power. He will cast an overgrowth spell on the dark elixir drill, archer tower, elixir collector and the workshop to ignore the attack. Then, he will cast a clone spell on the electro dragons to make their clones.
He will cast a bat spell on the eagle artillery to summon the several bats to attack. He will cast a healing spell on the super dragons to heal them. He will cast a freeze spell on the x-bow to secure his troops.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, cannons, inferno towers and the wizard towers do a defensive attack on the electro dragon and the super dragons and destroy them. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base.
Our defense buildings will make a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
