In this anti 3 star base, TH12 (Anti 3 Star, Anti Air/Electro Dragon Layout), the town hall is placed in the center of the base along with hidden teslas, a tornado trap, and a skeleton trap. Clan castle and inferno towers are placed on the four corners of this central section.
We have designed three layers of walls in this layout around the town hall. In the second layer, we have placed air sweepers, x bows, giant bombs, two wizard towers, two cannons, and three heroes such as the barbarian king, archer queen, and grand warden.
Eagle artillery is placed on the bottom corner of this second layer. Air defenses, archer towers, bomb towers, and traps are placed in the outer three sections of the base. All the mortars, remaining archer towers, wizard towers, resources, and army buildings are placed outside the walls to slow down the attackers.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
First of all the attacker will deploy a barbarian from the left corner of the base. This will start destroying the nearest gold mine. Mortars will do defensive attacks. He will deploy the wall wrecker from the same side and three P.E.K.K.As around it.
Archer towers will be attacking them and eagle artillery will also be activated. Then the attacker will deploy yeti, the barbarian king, the archer queen, and the grand warden from the same position. Eagle artillery will lock on the barbarian king.
He will deploy a wizard, super wizards, and bowlers. All these troops will damage the outer buildings and move forward. X bows, inferno towers, and cannons will be targeting these troops. So the attacker will cast earthquake spells on x bow and cannons to destroy these defenses and clear the way toward the town hall.
Bowlers and the wall wrecker will reach the inner section to destroy the townhall but hidden tesla will appear and the giga tesla will also activate. X bows, inferno towers, hidden teslas, and eagle artillery will damage many troops. Yeti, the barbarian king, and archer queen will clear half of the base but here the attacker will lose 70% of his army.
He will cast a clone spell on archer queen, a rage spell on the remaining troops, and poison spell, and a skeleton spell on defenses to speed up the destruction. Bomb towers and inferno towers will damage bowlers and yeti. X bow will destroy the barbarian king and cannons will be targeting archer queen and P.E.K.K.As.
In the end, the attacker will lose his complete army and get nothing from this base. He will not be able to get three or even two stars due to strategically placed defenses like inferno towers, x bows, and eagle artillery.
