This war base TH12 (Anti Everything, War/CWL, Anti 2 Star Layout) has five sections. Townhall is placed in the central section which has a double layer of walls. Air sweepers and traps with eagle artillery are placed around this section.
Four sections are designed on each corner of the base. In these sections x bows, inferno towers, and hidden teslas are placed with the barbarian king. The clan castle, dark elixir storage, archer queen, the grand warden, bomb towers, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, hidden teslas, and cannons are placed in open sections.
Army camps are placed on the left and right corners of the base. All the remaining defenses, gold storages, elixir storages, and resource collectors are placed outside the base walls to slow down the attackers.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
First of all the attacker will deploy balloons and electro dragons from the lower corner of the base near x bow section. He will deploy a super dragon and battle blimp behind them, followed by three heroes.
Eagle artillery will lock on the super dragon. Battle blimp, balloons, and the grand warden will move toward the center of the base. Archer queen will start clearing the outer buildings and the barbarian king will enter the base towards the clan castle.
X bows, archer towers, and mortars will de defensive attacks on the attacking army. He will cast overgrowth spells on air defenses, cannons, and bomb towers on both sides to secure electro dragons.
The battle blimp will reach the center of the base and he will cast bat spells on the townhall. Giga tesla will defend the townhall and most of the attacking troops will be damaged due to inferno towers and x bows.
The attacker will cast a haste spell on dragons and freeze spell on the eagle artillery to protect his army and make them stable to cause more destruction. Now eagle artillery will lock on the remaining electro dragons. He will lose his complete army and face deteat. He will not be able to get three or even a single star from this base.
