In this war base TH13, (Anti 3 Stars, Anti Air / Electro Dragon, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed in the center of the base along with two air sweepers. Walls are placed around them. An eagle artillery, an inferno tower, a scattershot, two cannons, two wizard towers and two archer towers are placed on the top section of the base.
Two archer towers are placed on the two corners of this section and secured by the walls. A clan castle, two heroes and a cannon are placed near the town hall. Two inferno towers are placed in two opposite sections of the base. Four x-bows and a scattershot are placed in the bottom section of the base.
All the remaining buildings including barracks, spell factory, army camps, gold mines, gold storages, elixir collectors, some archer towers, wizard towers, mortars, cannons and a laboratory are placed outside the walls.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy barbarian kickers near scattershot and wizard towers to destroy them. These buildings will do a defensive attack. He will deploy dragons, balloons and electro dragons on the other side of the base to attack multiple buildings at a time with fire splashes and lightning strikes.
Wizard towers, scattershot, air defenses and x-bows will do an enormous attack and destroy some of them. He will deploy minions and a sneaky goblin to loot and demolish the outer buildings. At the same time, he will deploy a royal champion and archer queen to make the attack more vigorous.
At this point, the eagle artillery will also activate and start hitting his troops by throwing exploding shells. He will deploy the battle blimp behind the dragons. The battle blimp will deliver the troops directly into the inner sections of the base. Air sweeper will keep the air troops away from their target and inferno towers will keep hitting them.
At the peak of the battle, the giga inferno of TH13 will activate and start attacking multiple troops. He will cast healing and rage spells on dragons and electro dragons to heal them and increase their powers. In the meantime, he will cast freeze spells on the town hall and eagle artillery to secure his troops from their attack.
Our cannons, inferno towers and mortars will strike against his troops. He will cast a clone spell on his remaining troops to make their clones and trick our defense buildings. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our giga inferno and eagle artillery will do a violent attack and destroy his army.
As a result, he will not be able to get three or even two stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
