In this war base TH13, (Hybrid, Defense, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed in the bottom section of the base along with inferno towers, air sweepers and air bombs. Walls are placed around it. This section is connected with two small sections. Two cannons and two hidden teslas are placed in these sections.
We have designed this layout in multiple sections. Archer towers, cannons, mortars, air defenses, eagle artillery, gold storages, elixir storages, heroes, wizard towers, hidden teslas and bomb towers are placed in different sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, dark elixir drills, a blacksmith, a workshop, archer towers, mortars and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a golem near the laboratory to attack buildings. Our defense buildings will start attacking them. He will deploy a log launcher on the corner of the base to attack multiple buildings including the archer tower and air defenses.
The trunk-throwing contraption pummels everything in front of it with endless logs to open a path for other troops. He will deploy the barbarian kickers, P.E.K.K.A troop, a baby dragon and a dragon rider near the log launcher to make the attack more intensive. Barbarian kickers will attack the building.
He will deploy the valkyries, witches, a barbarian and the wizards to make the attack vigorous. His army will start to attack and destroy hidden teslas, cannons, archer towers and barracks. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them and destroy some of them. He will deploy the royal champion to attack and destroy more buildings vigorously.
After that, he will cast a freeze spell on the town hall and air sweeper to secure his troops from their attack. He will cast a rage spell on the multiple troops to increase their power. Then, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the hero, cannon and wizard tower to ignore the attack.
He will cast the clone spell on two groups of troops to make their clones and trick our defense buildings. He will cast a skeleton spell on the town hall. He will cast a healing spell on the multiple troops to heal them. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them.
The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, he will not be able to get three or even two stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
