In this war base TH13, (Anti Air / Electro Dragon, Anti 3 Stars, Defense, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed on the top corner of the base along with archer towers, wizard towers, elixir collectors, hidden teslas, gold storages, mortars, cannon, builders’ huts, and elixir collectors. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The eagle artillery, a clan castle and two x-bows are placed in one section. Two scattershots, two inferno towers, two heroes and two air sweepers are placed in two different sections. These sections are connected with two layers. In these layers, air defenses, cannons, mortars, x-bows, wizard towers, inferno towers, laboratory, dark elixir storage, gold mines and hidden teslas are placed.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a workshop, dark elixir drills and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a golem in the corner of the base to make the attack vigorous. He will deploy a log launcher on the corner of the base to attack multiple buildings including the archer tower and air defenses.
The trunk-throwing contraption pummels everything in front of it with endless logs to open a path for other troops. He will deploy the barbarian kickers and barbarians near the log launcher to make the attack more intensive. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots.
He will deploy the witches and hog riders near the multiple troops to attack more buildings. His army will attack and destroy archer towers, elixir collectors, barracks and other resource and defense buildings. After that, he will deploy the barbarian king and royal champion behind the witches to intensify the attack.
Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. He will cast the healing spells on the royal champion and the hog riders to heal them. Then, he will cast a clone spell on the royal champion and the golem to make their clones. He will cast a recall spell.
After that, he will cast a rage spell on the hog riders to increase their power. Log launcher will attack the eagle artillery and a clan castle and destroy them. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on the multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, he will not be able to get three or even two stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
