In this war base TH13, (Anti 2 Stars, War/CWL, Legend League Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with an inferno tower and two x-bows. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
A dark elixir drill, a clan castle, eagle artillery, archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, elixir storages, bomb towers, mortars, hidden teslas, scattershots, dark elixir storage, cannons, gold storages, x-bows, heroes, cannons and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, hidden teslas, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the barbarians, the log launcher and the barbarian kickers in the corner to make the attack vigorous. The trunk-throwing contraption pummels everything in front of it with endless logs to open a path for other troops. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots.
He will deploy the giant throwers, P.E.K.K.A troops and wizards near the log launcher to make the attack more intensive. After that, he will deploy the royal champion and the archer queen. At the same time, he will deploy the healers behind the archer queen. Healers will continuously heal the archer queen during the attack.
His army will destroy the air defenses, x-bows, a laboratory, eagle artillery, wizard tower and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. He will cast an overgrowth spell on the elixir storages, barracks and the builder’s hut to ignore the attack. Then, he will use the yellow card spell.
He will cast a rage spell on multiple troops to increase their power, a healing spell to heal them and the clone spell to make their clones. Our defense buildings including archer towers, hidden teslas, air defenses, x-bows and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them.
The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
