In this war base TH13, (Defense, War/CWL, Anti 3 Stars, Legend League Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with two inferno towers and two heroes. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The eagle artillery, a clan castle, a dark elixir storage, archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, elixir storages, mortars, hidden teslas, cannons, scattershots, x-bows, heroes, elixir collectors and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a barbarian and the barbarian kickers in the corner of the base near the army camps, gold mines, elixir collectors and dark elixir drill to attack and destroy them. He will deploy the stone slammer near the barbarian kickers to throw giant boulders and flatten some buildings.
Then, he will deploy the archer queen and the royal champion near the stone slammer to make the attack vigorous. He will deploy the rocket balloons, the ice hounds, a wizard and the giant throwers near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive.
His army will attack and destroy archer towers, wizard towers, cannons, scattershots, mortars and some resource buildings. He will use the yellow card spells on the scattershot.
Our defense buildings including inferno towers, cannons, mortar, air sweepers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them. Then, he will cast a rage spell on balloons to increase their power, a healing spell to heal them and a clone spell to make their clones.
He will cast an overgrowth spell on the archer tower, elixir collector, cannon and x-bow to ignore the attack. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
