In this war base TH13, (Anti Air / Electro Dragon, Defense, Anti 3 Stars, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed in the top action of the base along with two air defenses and two scattershots. Walls are placed around it. This section is connected with three sections. In one section, an eagle artillery and a clan castle are placed.
In the second, two inferno towers and two air sweepers are placed. We have designed this layout in multiple sections. A dark elixir storage, archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, cannons, x-bows and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the archer queen, healers and barbarian kickers to make the attack vigorous. Helaler will continuously heal the archer queen during the attack. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots.
He will deploy the log launcher on the corner of the base to attack multiple buildings including the archer tower and air defenses. The trunk-throwing contraption pummels everything in front of it with endless logs to open a path for other troops.
He will deploy the royal champion near the multiple troops to make the attack more intensive. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. He will deploy the yetis, a baby dragon, wizards and the giant throwers near the log launcher to make the attack vigorous.
His army will destroy eagle artillery, a clan castle, archer towers, cannons, wizard towers and other resource buildings. Our defense buildings including an archer tower, cannons, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them.
After that, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the archer tower, bomb tower and a cannon to ignore the attack. He will cast a rage spell on the yetis to increase their power. He will cast a freeze spell on the inferno tower and the air sweeper to secure his troops.
Then, he will cast a clone spell and the rage spell on the healers to make their clones and increase their power. He will use the yellow card spell on the scattershot. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them.
The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down.
As a result, the attacker will not be able to get two or even a single star just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
