In this top base th13, (War/CWL, Anti 2 Stars, Anti Everything Layout), The townhall is placed almost in the center of the base. It is placed along with the clan castle, giant bombs, bombs, skeleton traps, and a spring trap.
The base has two sections in it. The grand warden, bomb towers, scattershots, archer towers, air defenses, air sweepers, hidden teslas, inferno towers, and air bombs are placed in the top section.
In the inner section, we have placed the archer queen, royal champion, eagle artillery, builder’s huts, cannons, x-bows, elixir storages, and a tornado trap. Each section is covered by placing the walls around them.
The remaining resources are placed outside the walls of the layout to save the base and to slow down the attacker’s troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy the giants, and super giants around the base to damage the defenses. He will deploy the witches, and wizards to damage the base resources. After that, he will deploy the wall wrecker to damage the base. He will deploy the super wall breakers to destroy the walls.
He will clear the walls of the layout to make an easy way for the troops to enter the inner base. Then, the troops can easily damage the base. The base defenses like inferno towers, archer towers, wizard towers, cannons, and bomb towers will do great defensive attacks on the troops to damage them.
He will deploy the barbarian king, archer queen, royal champion, and grand warden behind the troops to make the attacks more intense. The eagle artillery will target giants to destroy them. He will cast a rage spell on the troops to increase their attacking speed. He will cast an overgrowth spell on the resources.
This spell will allow the troops to ignore these resources and move forward. The troops will ignore them and start destroying others. The defenses will keep attacking the troops to destroy them. They will target multiple troops to protect their base.
These troops will try to damage the inner and outer layout. He will use a healing spell on the troops to heal their powers after the defensive attacks. The attacker will increase the ability of the heroes to cause more destruction in the layout. He will cast a jump spell on the walls of the layout.
This spell will allow the army to jump over the walls to enter the inner layout. Then, he will use a clone spell on troops to make their clones. These clones will make the attacks more intense. The defenses will destroy many troops.
The troops will damage more than the half base. The remaining troops will not be able to clear the base. As a result, he will face defeat due to the best layout strategy. In this strategy, he will be unable to get two or even three stars from the base.
