In this war base TH14, (Anti 2 Stars, War/CWL, Legend League Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with a hidden tesla. Walls secure this section.
The eagle artillery, a clan castle, cannons, mortars, air sweepers, inferno towers, wizard towers, archer towers, air defenses, scattershots, heroes, air bombs, bomb towers, hidden teslas and other defense and resource buildings are placed in different sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a pet house, army camps, a spell factory, a workshop, dark elixir drills, a blacksmith, barracks and other resource buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the siege barracks in the corner of the base. The P.E.K.K.A troop and wizards will appear from the siege barracks and attack the outer buildings to demolish them. He will deploy the barbarian kickers near the siege barracks to attack and destroy more buildings.
He will deploy the archer queen and pet unicorn to make the attack more intense. The unicorn will continuously heal the archer queen during the attack. In the meantime, he will deploy healers behind the archer queen to heal her continuously during the attack.
He will deploy an apprentice warden and a wizard near multiple troops to make the attack more intensive. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. Inferno tower will attack on barbarian kicker and destroy some of them. After that, he will deploy the royal champion and grand warden with their pets to attack some other buildings.
L.A.S.S.I will jump the walls and attack the buildings behind the walls. The electro-owl will attack with bounces to a nearby target. At this point, the eagle artillery will activate and start hitting his troops by throwing exploding shells.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, inferno towers, hidden teslas and x-bows will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them. Then, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the elixir collector, gold mine, army camp, archer tower, wizard tower and cannon to ignore them.
He has a rage spell to increase the power of P.E.K.K.A, royal champion and archer queen, a yellow card spell on the eagle artillery to avoid the attack, a clone spell on two groups of troops to make their clones and trick the defense buildings, a healing spell on P.E.K.K.A and royal champion to heal and stabilize them for some time.
A freeze spell on x-bows, scattershot and an archer tower to secure his troops. Our defense buildings will keep attacking the remaining army and destroy them. He has used a major part of his army just to destroy the outer sections.
Our defense buildings will do an enormous attack and destroy his army before getting any great deal of damage. As a result, because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy, he will not be able to get three or even two stars.
