In this war base TH4, (Anti 2 Star, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), the townhall is placed in the center of the base. The base has three sections.
The archer towers, bombs, and air defense are placed in the first section. The mortar, and elixir storage are placed in the second section. We have placed the clan castle, spring traps, and cannon in the third section.
Each section is covered by placing the walls around them. The remaining resources are placed outside the walls to slow the attacker’s troops. These are placed outside the walls to secure the base.
