In this war base th5, (Anti 2 stars, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed in the center of the layout along with an air defense, a wizard tower, a mortar and a clan castle. Walls are placed around them. There are four sections around the inner part. Two archer towers and two cannons are placed in four different sections.
All the other buildings including, gold mines, gold storages, elixir storages, elixir collectors, laboratory, spell factory, barracks, army camps and builder huts are placed outside the walls to divert the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
Attacker has balloons in his army. He has to destroy the air defense before deploying the balloons. He will deploy giants near the air defense to destroy it. At the same time he will deploy wall breakers to break the walls and clear the path for giants.
He will cast lightning spells on the wizard tower to destroy it. Then he will deploy the wizards and a barbarian behind the giants to attack on other buildings. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them.
While destroying air defense by giants, He will deploy balloons. But he has used 90 percent of his army just to destroy the air defense. Our Defense buildings will tear down his remaining army.
As a result, because of strong layout strategy. He will face defeat by not gaining even a single star.
