In this top war base TH7, (Anti 3 Star, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), the townhall is placed almost in the center of the base. There are four sections of the base.
The archer tower, giant bomb, a mortar, and a cannon are placed in the first section. The barbarian king is placed in the second section. It is placed along with the air defenses, wizard towers, cannons, and bombs.
The clan castle, wizard towers, spring traps, archer towers, air bombs, and hidden teslas are placed in the remaining two sections. Each section is covered by placing the walls around them to protect the layout.
The remaining resources are placed outside the walls of the layout to slow the attacker’s army.
