In this war base th09, (Anti Everything, Defense, War/CWL Layout), the clan castle, and x-bows are placed in the central section of the base. The town hall is placed almost in the center of the first section. In this section, we have placed the archer queen, the barbarian king, mortars, air bombs, wizard towers, and hidden tesla. The gold storage, giant bombs, archer towers, and cannons are placed in different sections of the base.
The dark elixir drill, seeking air mines, bombs, and air sweepers are placed in the second section. We have placed the gold mines, elixir storage, air defenses, and bomb towers in the third section. The remaining buildings are placed outside the walls of the base to slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
First, the attacker will deploy the hog riders around the base to destroy the resources. He will deploy the golem to damage the base defenses. He will cast rage spells on his troops to increase their speed. He will deploy the archer queen near the gold mines to destroy them.
The base defenses will destroy some of the troops to save the base. He will use healing spells on his army to heal them. The attacker will boost the power of the archer queen to cause more destruction in the base. He will use 80 percent of his troops to destroy the base.
He will use a freeze spell on base defenses to protect his troops. The hog riders will destroy the buildings of the base. The remaining troops will destroy the base. In this strategy, the combination of the hog riders with the spells is the only way to get three stars from this base.
