Barbarian upgrades to level 9 in two days twelve hours costing 3,500,000 elixir. He wore golden metallic bands on his elbows with sharp pins, a golden clamp having pins appear on his helmet, and the horns become longer by this upgrade.
Archer upgrades to level 9 with the cost of 4,000,000 elixir taking three days. Her crown got a blue diamond and her tippet also turned blue with a golden border on its bottom presenting the townhall 12.
Giant level 9 requires three days with the cost of 4,000,000 elixir. After this upgrade, golden spikes on his cuffs transform into copper buttons and he wears copper pauldrons. Now he seems to be dressed up for a big war.
Upgrading the goblin to level 8 requires 4,200,000 elixir and three days twelve hours of upgrade time. He takes off the golden cuffs, his hair color turns darker, and his trove bag has a white skull printed on the black surface.
Upgrading the wall breaker to level 8 takes three days which costs 4,500,000 elixir. No visual change appears with this upgrade and it looks the same as level 7.
Balloon upgrades to level 8 with 5,000,000 elixir taking four days of upgrade time. Spikes disappear from the basket, silver-colored sharp pins arrive on the patches of the balloon, and the balloon turns red at level 8.
It requires 5,000,000 elixir to upgrade the wizard to level 9 which takes four days. His coat turns light purple and the border on it again turns golden after the upgrade.
The laboratory has no new research for Healer. She will remain at her level 5 at th 12 and looks the same as at th 11.
It requires 5,000,000 elixir and takes five days to upgrade to level 7. The whole dragon has changed its color to rusty red with antique color spines and horns and fire can be seen on its tail.
Pekka upgrades to level 8 in five days which costs 6,200,000 elixir. It turns violet and its horns and the edges of its weapons turn sky blue.
Baby dragon costs 5,500,000 elixir taking five days to upgrade to level 6. Its tongue turns purple and its horns, spines, and wings turn blue presenting th 12.
Upgrading Miner to level 6 requires 5,500,000 elixir and takes four days twelve hours of upgrade time. He doesn’t change his appearance and looks like level 5.
It upgrades to level 3 with 7,000,000 elixir taking five days and twelve hours of upgrade time. It looks the same as levels 1 and 2.
Barracks level 14 unlocks “Yeti” which upgrades to level 2 with 6,000,000 elixir taking four days twelve hours of upgrade time. It carries a basket on its back in which he has many little yetimites that are also visible from the barracks’ top window.
Yetimite level 2
Minion upgrades to level 8 with 95,000 dark elixir and takes five days of upgrade time. It has the same look as level 7 from th 11.
It costs 50,000 dark elixir to upgrade to level 9 taking five days. After upgrading his hammer turned black with a double layer of gold.
The laboratory takes four days to upgrade Valkyrie to level 7 which costs 55,000 dark elixir. Her crown has wings on both sides and yes the “V” on it shows the five levels of townhall 12’s giga tesla.
Golem requires 62,500 dark elixir taking 5 days to upgrade to level 9. The whole golem turned purple and its crystals turned dark purple with this upgrade.
Golemite level 9
Witch upgrades to level 5 with the cost of 62,500 dark elixir taking 6 days. A purple jewel appears on her forehead and the horns of the skull on her magic stick also turn pink at level 5.
Skeleton level 1
It requires 60,000 dark elixir and takes five days to upgrade the lava hound to level 5. Its color turns black and its spines and wings turn mud brown after upgrading to level 5.
Lava Pup level 1
Dark barracks level 9 unlocks “Headhunter” which upgrades to level 2 with 57,500 dark elixir taking eight days six hours of upgrade time.
It upgrades to level 5 with 62,500 dark elixir in five days. The size of its middle ice ball increases and its color becomes a bit darker after the upgrade.
It upgrades to level 4 in four days which costs 62,500 dark elixir. After the upgrade, the thorns on its big rock turned mustard.
Upgrading the lightning spell to level 9 costs 6,300,000 elixir taking six days.
The laboratory has no upgrade for a healing spell at th 12. It remains at level 7.
The laboratory upgrades the rage spell to level 6 which costs 5,000,000 elixir and takes 5 days of upgrade time. This is the maximum level of rage spell.
The laboratory has no upgrade for jump spell at th 12. It remains at level 3.
The laboratory has no upgrade for jump spell at th 12. It remains at level 3.
The laboratory has no upgrade for clone spell at th 12. It remains at level 5.
Upgrading the invisibility spell to level 3 takes seven days and costs 7,000,000 elixir.
It costs 55,000 dark elixir and takes 5 days to upgrade the poison spell to level 6.
The earthquake spell has reached its max level at th 11. It will remain at level 5.
The haste spell has reached its max level at th 11. It will remain at level 5.
Upgrading the skeleton spell to level 6 requires four days with the cost of 50,000 dark elixir.
The bat spell upgrades to level 5 in four days twelve hours with the cost of 45,500 dark elixir.
Upgrading the dark spell factory to level 6 at th 12 unlocks this spell. It upgrades to level 2 in 7 days and requires 62,500 dark elixir.
This first siege machine unlocks when the workshop is built in the home village th 12. The laboratory researches for 3 days and upgrade it to level 3 with 3,500,000 elixir. Its wooden base converted to metallic and it has spikes and rounded horns on its front face.
It unlocks with the upgrade of the workshop to level 2. It also upgrades to level 3 in 3 days which costs 3,500,000 elixir. The wooden patches above the boxes on both sides are converted to metallic sheets and a new metallic rod appears on its face.
Workshop level 3 unlocks “Stone Slammer” which upgrades with 3,500,000 elixir taking 3 days. Knots of the ropes on the top of the balloon got golden clamps and the metallic strips around the supports of its basket turned golden after upgrading to level 3.
Hero Hall requires 6,000,000 elixirs and takes 7 days to upgrade to level 6. After this upgrade, the stairs in front of the main door are red carpeted.
This building has no upgrades and will remain the same at th12.
Builder hut has no upgrades till town hall 12 and will remain at level 1 with the same look.
An army camp can upgrade to level 10 which costs 4,500,000 elixir and 5 days upgrade time per camp. The army camp’s look changed after the upgrade by which the surface has light peach stones and the campfire has a metallic boundary.
It upgrades to level 6 by spending 5,000,000 elixir and taking 8 days of upgrade time. The shiny blue bolt disappears from its base support after this upgrade. Spell factory unlocks invisibility spell after reaching to level 6
It takes 3,800,000 elixir and 4 days to reach level 10. A large golden screw is spinning on the top of the laboratory and the building color is changed after the upgrade.
Barracks takes 7 days with 7,000,000 elixir to upgrade to level 14, unlocking a new troop “Yeti”. Little creatures can be seen from the window on the top of the barracks hut and a bucket is placed beside the door.
The clan castle level 8 upgrade costs 6,400,000 elixir and takes 5 days to upgrade. The color and texture of the building are transformed according to the TH 12 theme. Treasury has increased to 3,600,000 gold/elixir and 18,000 dark elixir. Reinforcement increased to 40 housing spaces.
This building upgrades to level 5 cost 5,500,000 gold and takes 5 days to upgrade. It unlocked new equipment “Healer Puppet” and a square iron piece is fixed on the roof.
Dark spell factory upgrades to its max level 6 in 6 days with 4,000,000 elixir and unlocks a new “Overgrowth Spell”. Its dark supports got golden rods and sharp-pointed pins after upgrading to this level. The silver nuts on its bowl also turned golden. It is a very important building for the best Clash of Clans layouts th12.
A new building is unlocked at town hall 12 that can be upgraded to level 3 in 6 days with 5,600,000 elixir which unlocks “Battle Blimp ” and “Stone Slammer ”. It has a crane, some balloons and rocks tied with rope, and some machine diagrams drawn on pages.
Upgrade the dark barracks to level 9 which costs 7,200,000 elixir and takes 7 days of upgrade time and unlock “Headhunter”. A big black cooking pot and glass jar are placed beside the dark barrack Hut and cards on its roof are the visual changes after upgrading.
Archer tower upgrades to level 17 with the cost of 3,500,000 gold and takes two days to upgrade. The tower transformed its texture with blue pillars, golden strips and bolts, black coils joining the base, and a metallic top roof. The hair color of the archer again turned pink.
Wizard tower upgrades to level 11 in 3 days which costs 4,500,000 gold. The pillars of the tower are raven-gray and golden and a purple pattern appeared on the top roof.
After upgrading the cannon to level 17, its base turned blue with a golden borderline and raven-gray supports. Its metallic tank has a golden band around the muzzle with bigger pins. It costs 3,000,000 gold and takes one day twelve hours of upgrade time.
The mortar upgrade to level 12 in 3 days which costs 4,800,000 Gold. Its carriage became broader and golden holders appeared on both sides. The chain disappeared and a golden wide band with sharp pins rolled around the muzzle.
At TH12 Base, the air defense takes 4 days with 5,800,000 gold to upgrade to level 10. The rockets became, base turned ash-gray, and the container is blue now presenting the th 12 theme.
Already reached its maximum level 7 at TH11. No more upgrades. It looks the same as the air sweeper of the town hall 11. No change in visual appearance.
The hidden tesla upgrades to level 10 cost 5,000,000 gold taking 3 days and 12 hours of upgrade time. The tower is reconstructed properly with golden rods and the transmitter is replaced by a silver globe to emit current.
The bomb tower can upgrade to level 7 in 4 days by spending 6,000,000 gold. The tower is rebuilt with metallic sheets and rods presenting the colors of th 12.
The x-bow upgrades to level 6 with 6,000,000 gold in 5 days. Its dark gray metallic base is shining and violet color can be seen under its structure.
Air Mode
Inferno tower upgrades to level 6 with the cost of 6,500,000 gold taking 6 days of upgrade time. The pillar has golden and gray covers and lava can be seen flowing from the top fireball to the bottom of its base.
Multi-Mode
It can upgrade to level 3 by utilizing 10,000,000 gold and 8 days of upgrade time. Golden chains are removed and a gray marble base having blue foldings on its sides shows the TH 12 upgrade.
Upgrading walls to level 13 costs 2,000,000 gold/elixir per wall unit. The white marble blocks got silver covers, blue and sky-blue bright lines replaced the golden border and the tiled surface turned dark gray.
Upgrading the elixir collector to level 15, takes 2 days and 18 hours with the cost of 1,200,000 gold. Its base is built with gray marble and gold bricks and a golden bolt is fixing additional pipes on the top.
Elixir storage upgrading to level 13 costs 1,800,000 gold which takes 2 days. The top frame converted from a circle to a square and the elixir storage has double thick gray marble supports after the upgrade.
Spend 1,200,000 elixir to upgrade the gold mine to level 15 and see the difference after 2 days and 18 hours. Support is built with raven-gray marble pillars and gold bricks.
Upgrading the gold storage to level 13 which costs 1,800,000 elixir and takes 2 days of upgrade time. Its structure is rebuilt with different gray-colored thick metal sheets fixed by golden bolts.
Dark elixir drill can upgrade to level 9 by taking 6 days of upgrade time with 4,000,000 elixir. Its texture changed after the upgrade and this is the max level for dark elixir drill.
Upgrading it to level 7 costs 3,800,000 elixir and takes 3 days and 12 hours of upgrade time. A raven-gray and golden metal base is fixed with black bolts at its bottom.
No upgrades are available. It looks the same as the bomb of the town hall 11. No change in visual appearance.
Each Air Bomb takes a complete day to upgrade to level 6 which costs 1,900,000 gold. No visual changes appear.

Max Level of Archer Queen at Townhall 12 is 65 with 2,330 hitpoints.
Max Level of Minion Prince at Townhall 12 is 40 with 2,838 hitpoints.
Max Level of Grand Warden at Townhall 12 is 40 with 1,904 hitpoints.
Royal Champion isn’t unlocked at th12.
It costs 6M Gold and takes 4 days and 6 hours to upgrade the town hall to level 12.
Townhall 12 unlocks a new troop “Yeti” with the upgradation of barracks level 14, a new spell “Overgrowth Spell” with dark spell factory level 6, and a new dark troop “Headhunter” by upgrading the dark barracks to level 9.
