Clash of Clans Anti 3 Star Bases TH12 are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 12 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH12.
In this th12 defense base, (Anti Everything, Anti 3 stars Layout). We have built the layout from one corner to another. The layout has multiple sections and boxes that intersect each other. The town hall building is placed in a box. The grand warden, clan castle, and archer queen are placed around the townhall building.
There are three sections in front of the townhall building. Inferno tower, traps, hidden tesla, air defense, and traps are placed in them. X-bows are settled between those sections.
Bomb tower, wizard tower, eagle artillery, and air sweeper with traps are placed behind the townhall in a box. Two boxes on the sides contain a wizard tower, an archer tower, and cannons in them.
Cannons, an archer tower, air defense, and a barbarian king are placed in the last box. All the remaining resources and buildings are placed around the layout to make it secure.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy balloons and electro-dragons in the corner. Eagle artillery and an inferno tower will defend the layout and attack the troops. He will deploy all of the heroes at the same time.
They will destroy outside buildings and walk inside. Inferno tower will destroy balloons. The attacker will cast a rage spell on the barbarian king and he will destroy the inferno tower and bomb tower.
He will cast a freeze spell on eagle artillery and a rage spell on the barbarian king. The barbarian king will attack eagle artillery but the townhall weapon kills the hero. X-bows and an inferno tower will kill the electro-dragons.
The attacker will not be able to get three stars from the base due to the strong layout.
