Clash of Clans TH13 Anti 2 Star Bases are designed to keep the main Townhall 13 building safe. These layouts will not let the attackers get 50 percent damage and the TH13 building should not be broken in the attack. So the attacker will get only 1 star on your TH13 base.
In this th13 anti 2 star base, (Anti 2 stars layout). Townhall is placed in the middle of the layout in a box. Hidden tesla and traps are placed around the townhall building. Inferno towers are settled in the corners. All these buildings including the clan castle are enclosed in a section.
Wizard Tower, archer queen, barbarian king, x-bows, mortars, and scattershots are placed in a section with open ends. Royal champions and barbarian kings are placed in the open end. We have placed eagle artillery next to the hero’s base.
A section in the corner contains an archer tower, a bomb tower, and air defense. All the remaining buildings are placed around the layout to distract the attacker’s troops.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy a log launcher and wizard in the corner to destroy the outer resources. He will deploy super hog riders, super Valkyrie, and heroes at the same time but after destroying a few buildings they will destroyed by the archer towers and air defense.
Eagle artillery and X-bows cause huge damage to the troops. The attacker will cast a healing spell on troops to heal them. Super hog riders will destroy the eagle artillery. As the troops will move toward the townhall, the inferno tower, and townhall weapons will attack them.
The attacker will cast overgrowth spells on mortars and freeze spells on inferno towers to stick them for some time. He will also cast a rage spell on his troops to increase their speed to cause more destruction. The troops will destroy the base defenses.
Super hog riders will get killed by the townhall weapon and inferno towers. Cannons and Archer Tower will kill the super Valkyrie troops while the grand warden killed by Inferno Tower.
Due to the strong base, the attacker will face defeat. He will not be able to get even one, two, or three stars from the base.
