Clash of Clans Anti 3 Star Bases TH13 are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 13 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH13.
In this base th13, (Anti 3 stars Layout), the clan castle is placed inside the walls in the center of the base. The air defenses are placed in front of each other but in different sections with the walls around them. There are three sections of the base. The town hall is placed in the center of the first portion.
The inferno towers, hidden teslas, air sweepers, bombs, air bombs, and a tornado trap are also placed in this section. We have placed the eagle artillery inside the walls along with the x-bows, scattershot, giant bombs, dark elixir storage, and seeking air mines in the second section.
The archer queen, the barbarian king, the grand warden, the royal champion, cannons, archer towers, mortars, bomb towers, spring traps, and skeleton traps are placed in the third section of the base. The remaining buildings are placed outside the walls to protect the base and slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
Firstly, the attacker will deploy the ice golem near the outer resources to damage them. He will deploy the log launcher to destroy the walls and wizard towers of the base. Then he will deploy yeti to clear the buildings.
He will deploy a super witch to destroy the resources of the base. He will deploy the royal champion to damage the base’s buildings. He will deploy the balloons to destroy the base defenses. The attacker’s army will face defensive attacks while destroying the base.
He will use a freeze spell on these defenses to stop them for some time to protect his troops. He will deploy the super bowlers to cause more destruction to the base. He will deploy the grand warden to damage the hero of the base and other resources.
He will use overgrowth on the defenses to stick them for a while to save his troops. The royal champion and grand warden will destroy a few buildings but lose their powers after defensive cannons and X-bow attacks. He will speed up his army with the rage spells.
The attacker will use 70 percent of his army to destroy the base. The remaining troops will be unable to damage the base. He will face defeat due to the strong base. He will not be able to get two or even three stars.
