Clash of Clans Anti-Air/Anti-Electro/Anti-Balloons/Anti-Dragon Bases TH13 are designed by utilizing such defenses of Townhall 13, which can attack the flying troops of attackers. Your TH13 defenses are deployed wisely so that Air attacks from the opponent player can be wasted.
In this th13 anti-air base, (Anti Loot, Anti Air / Electro Dragon Layout). The layout is divided into two parts. A way is passing through from them. The first part has eagle artillery in the first box and an inferno tower, placed in the second box. while Archer Tower, Wizard Tower, and the grand warden are placed in the third box.
We have another two boxes attached to this section with Archer Tower. On the other side, townhall is placed with air sweepers in a section. Inferno towers and traps are placed beside the townhall section in boxes. X-bows are settled behind the townhall in two boxes. All the remaining buildings are places around them.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy electro dragons, archer queen, barbarian king, and royal champion all at once. They will destroy the resources outside the layout. Inferno Tower and Eagle artillery will attack them. He will cast a freeze spell on eagle artillery and scattershot.
Townhall and Inferno Tower will kill the dragons. Heroes will destroy the townhall building. As they move forward X-bows will attack on them. He will cast a rage spell on his troops. X-bows and the royal champion will kill the barbarian and archer queen.
With this strong army, the attacker will be unable to achieve three stars from the base due to the complex layout.
