Archer Queen level 75, Barbarian King level 75, Grand Warden level 50, and Royal Champion level 25 play an important role in Clash of Clans War Bases TH13 (CWL Bases TH13).
Now your base can defeat any attack from Townhall 3 to 12 without giving any star. Townhall 13 and 14 can’t get 3 stars but 2 stars only if they use their all strength. The walls of level 14 make your base more strong than Townhall 12.
We have designed this war base layout for th13, (Anti 3 stars, War/CWL, Legend League Layout), This base is designed in a zig-zag manner. The clan castle is placed in the center of the base, with walls around it along with the eagle artillery. The town hall is placed at the corner of the central section, with the walls around it in a zig-zag shape.
The royal champion, skeleton trap, tornado trap, air sweepers, and x-bows are placed in the first section. The scattershot, inferno towers, skeleton traps, air defenses, bomb towers, dark elixir storage, and spring traps are placed in different portions of the section.
The archer queen, the barbarian king, and the grand warden are placed in the opposite and different sections of the base. The remaining buildings and resources of the base are placed outside the walls to slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy the electro-dragons around the base to destroy it. He will deploy the balloons to damage the defenses. Then he will deploy the barbarian king, archer queen, and the royal champion to clear the resources. They will damage the heroes of the base.
The troops will face defensive attacks while destroying the base. He will cast rage spells on his army to increase their speed. The giga tesla, inferno towers and other defenses will make a defensive attack on the attacker’s troops.
He will cast freeze spells on the defenses to protect his army. He will use 70 percent of his army to destroy the base. The troops will try to destroy the base but will lose their powers.
The remaining army will not be able to damage the base due to the strong base. The attacker will face defeat and will be unable to get three stars.
