Clash of Clans TH14 War Bases (CWL Bases TH14) are undefeatable for Town Hall 3 to Townhall 13. The good placement of Archer Queen level 80, Barbarian King level 80, Grand Warden level 55, and Royal Champion level 30 in war limit the opponents of Townhall 14 and 15 to 2 stars if they use their maximum strength.
We have designed this Defense TH14 War Base, (Defence, War/CWL Layout), very complex for the attacker. There are multiple boxes or sections one inside the other. We have built a huge section with one open end. There are three sections designed diagonally in the middle of the layout. we have also created two sections in the corner that intersect each other.
The townhall is placed in the corner. Scattershots and x-bows are placed beside the townhall. The clan castle and air sweeper are placed next to townhall. Three smaller sections contain eagle artillery, an inferno tower, an X-bow, a wizard tower, and a hidden tesla with some cannons or resources.
Mortar, resources, archer tower, bomb tower, cannons, and some traps are placed around these sections. All the remaining buildings including heroes are placed outside along the wall to protect the base from attackers.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy a flame flinger and two balloons in the corner. They will destroy the hidden Tesla and move forward. He will deploy electro-dragon which destroys the outer resources.
The attacker will deploy the remaining balloons in the opposite corner and they will be killed by the X-bows. He will deploy electro dragons there which destroy the hero’s bases. The townhall weapon defends and attacks the electro dragons which causes them major damage.
He will deploy all his heroes with dragons and cast rage spells on them to increase their speed. This will destroy townhall building.HE will use freeze spell on other defense buildings to secure his army and destroy them with electro dragons and heroes.
The heroes will killed by Inferno Tower, scattershot, and eagle artillery while electro dragons destroy the townhall’s section and buildings around there. As they move forward they will killed by the inferno tower and X-bow.
The attacker will be unable to get three stars even with that strong army.
