Clash of Clans TH15 Anti 3 Star Bases are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 15 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH15.
In this th15 Anti 3 Star base, (Anti 3 stars) the layout design is very complicated. As we see layout is divided into compartments, sections, and small boxes. The monolith is placed in the middle of the layout in a box. The town hall building is placed in front of it and traps, hidden tesla, or builder huts are placed around the town hall building.
The pair of sections around the monolith tower contains a bomb tower, wizard tower traps, x-bows, hidden tesla, builder hut, inferno tower, and some resources. The clan castle is placed between those sections.
Two air sweepers, a hidden Tesla, inferno tower. Traps, eagle artillery, royal champion, and archer queen, are placed in the bottom section of the clan castle. x-bows, spell tower, scattershot, barbarian king, cannons, and bomb tower are placed in small boxes.
We have two sections outside which contain air defense, archer queen, and mortar. The section on the upside of the town hall building contains mortar, archer tower, and some resources. All the remaining buildings are settled around the layout to distract the attacker and waste their time.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy some balloons and flame flinger at the opposite side of the town hall building. The balloons will destroy the archer tower on the outside but as they move forward scattershot destroys the balloons.
He will deploy some balloons on the other side which destroy the archer tower. The flame will destroy the cannon, and air defense and continue to destroy other buildings.
The attacker will deploy all the remaining balloons on the other side around the layout. Together they will destroy most of the resources and buildings and move forward. He will use a healing spell on balloons. He will also deploy Ice Golem with balloons.
The air sweeper pulls back all the balloons while Inferno Tower and Eagle artillery attack them. The attacker will use a freeze spell on the monolith tower and townhall building. The balloons on the townhall will destroyed by the townhall weapon and monolith.
The attacker will use a rage spell on balloons and cast a freeze spell on a whole section that contains defense buildings. The multi-archer tower and x-bows attack the balloons. The royal champion destroys the balloons.
Now the attacker will deploy the wizard and they will destroy the army camps but as they move forward they will be killed by traps. The attacker will only be able to get one star.
