Townhall 3 to Townhall 13 will not even get a single star in the war on your TH15 War Bases. Townhall 14 can hardly get a single star but TH15 and 16 will be able to get 3 stars only if they come with full strength and good strategy.
In this th15 war base, (Anti 2 stars, Legend League, War/CWL Layout), the clan castle is placed in the center of the base along with the spell tower. There are four sections of the base. The first and second sections have three portions. The town hall is placed in the center of the first portion, along with the builder’s huts, air sweepers, seeking air mines, and giant bombs.
We have placed the hidden teslas, cannons, mortar, spring traps, and archer towers in the second and third portions. The elixir storage and wizard tower are placed in the first portion of the second section. In the second and third portions, we have placed the royal champion, scattershot, gold storage, X-bow, and skeleton traps.
The barbarian king, the monolith, eagle artillery, and air defense are placed in the third section. The archer queen, air bombs, bomb tower, and inferno tower are placed in the fourth section. The remaining buildings and resources are placed outside the walls to slow down the attacker’s troops.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy the flame-flinger near the base to destroy the defenses. He will deploy the barbarian king and his pet “mighty yak” to clear all the outer resources and damage the base’s hero. Then he will deploy the super dragons to destroy the buildings.
He will use rage spells on the super dragons to increase their speed. They will clear the defenses and buildings of the base. The monolith, eagle artillery, archer towers, and other defenses will make a defensive attack on the attacker’s troops.
He will use freeze spells on the defenses of the base to protect his army. The attacker will use 80 percent of his army to destroy the base. The remaining troops will be unable to destroy the base due to the strong and best layout. He will face defeat and will not be able to get two or even three stars.
