Clash of Clans Anti 3 Star Bases TH4 are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 4 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH4.
In this anti everything base TH4, (Anti 3 Stars Layout), we have designed this layout in five sections. The town hall is placed in the center section of the base. Walls are placed around it uniquely. In one section, a cannon and an air defense are placed.
In the second section, a cannon and a mortar are placed. Two archer towers are placed in two different sections. These sections are also secured by walls. All the remaining buildings including a laboratory, builders’ huts, elixir storages, army camps, elixir collectors, a clan castle, barracks and gold mines are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the giants near the elixir collectors and some other buildings to attack and destroy them. Our defense buildings will start attacking them. Then, he will deploy the goblins near the gold mines to collect the gold.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, mortars and cannons will do a great attack on the giants and destroy them. He will deploy the wall breakers behind the goblins to attack on walls and destroy them.
Our defense buildings including archer towers and cannons will do a great attack on the goblins and wall breakers to destroy them. His army will destroy the elixir collectors, gold mines and an archer tower.
Then, he will deploy the barbarians near the barracks to make the attack vigorous. He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our defense buildings will do a defensive attack on barbarians and destroy them.
The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will get nothing just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
