These layouts will not let the opponents of TH3 and TH4 get a single star if they attack your town hall. For TH5 to TH7, your opponents will have to do something extra to get 2 stars with these layouts.
In this th5 war base, ( Anti Air, War / CWL, Defense Layout), the town hall is placed in the centre section of the base along with a clan castle, a mortar and an air defense. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
In the one section, a wizard tower is placed. In the second and third sections, two archer towers are placed. In the fourth section, a cannon, an archer tower and a gold storage are placed. In the fifth and sixth sections, two cannons are placed.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a laboratory, builders’ huts, army camps and other resource buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a barbarian near the builder’s hut to attack and destroy buildings. He will cast lightning spells on the cannon and a clan castle to destroy them. After that, he will deploy balloons near the elixir collectors, builders’ huts and spell factory to make the attack more intensive.
After that, he will deploy barbarian kickers near the balloons to attack more buildings. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots. He will deploy the wizards near the gold mines, barracks and gold storage to make the attack vigorous.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, wizard towers, mortars and air defenses will do a great attack on the balloons and destroy them. Wizards will attack and destroy gold mines, gold storage, an army camp and barracks.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, cannons and other defense buildings will do a great attack on barbarian kickers and wizards and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down.
As a result, he will get nothing because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
