Clash of Clans TH7 Anti 2 Star Bases are designed to keep the main Townhall 7 building safe. These layouts will not let the attackers get 50 percent damage and the TH7 building should not be broken in the attack. So the attacker will get only 1 star on your TH7 base.
In this th7 anti 2 star base, (Anti 2 Stars Layout ), the town hall is placed in the center of the base along with a clan castle, three air defenses, an air sweeper, a mortar and wizard towers. Walls are placed around them. There are four sections around the middle section.
An archer tower, a mortar, the barbarian king and a cannon are arranged in the first section. In the second section, a wizard tower, a cannon and one archer tower are placed. One archer tower, a mortar, a dark elixir storage and one cannon are placed in the third section.
In the last section, an archer tower and two cannons are placed. All the remaining buildings including gold mines, builders’ huts, army camps, barracks, a laboratory, spell factory and elixir collectors are placed outside the walls.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker has balloons in his army, he has to destroy air defenses before deploying the balloons. The attacker will cast lightning spells on the air defense which are not enough to destroy it. Then he will deploy the barbarian kickers near defense buildings including archer tower, mortar and cannon to attack and destroy them with football shots.
Our mortar and cannon will do a defensive attack. He will deploy the barbarian king on the other side of the base to make the attack more vigorous. At the same time, he will deploy all of his healers behind the barbarian king to heal him continuously during the attack.
Our mortars and the wizard tower will keep attacking them. After destroying the cannon and mortar, he will deploy wizards behind the barbarian kickers to clear the outer buildings. In the meantime, he will also deploy hog riders near the walls to jump and attack the defense buildings which are placed in the inner sections of the base.
Our defense buildings will keep defending the base. He will deploy all of his minions around the base near multiple defense buildings to attack at a time. Our air defenses and wizard towers will do an enormous attack and destroy some of them.
He will cast a healing spell on the group of troops to restore their powers. Then, he will deploy balloons near the outer sections to make the attack more intensive. Air sweepers will keep them away from their target while air defense will immediately attack and tear them down.
His minions and barbarian king will attack the outer buildings to clear them. Our defense buildings will keep defending the base. He has used a major part of his army just to destroy the outer layer of buildings. Our defense buildings will strike and destroy his army before getting any great deal of damage.
As a result, he will not be able to get three or even two stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
