Clash of Clans Anti 3 Star Bases TH7 are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 7 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH7.
In this war base TH7, (Anti Everything, Anti 3 Stars, Anti Trophy Layout), there are six different sections. Town Hall is in a section with two wizard towers and an air defense. The clan castle, two archer towers and a dark elixir drill are placed in the second section. The third section has a gold mine, an air sweeper, an air defense and a mortar.
In the fourth section, we have placed an elixir collector, a mortar, an air defense and a barbarian king. A gold mine, three cannons, and three elixir collectors are placed in the fifth section. We have placed an elixir collector, two gold mines, two cannons, a mortar, a gold storage and two archer towers in the sixth section.
Some other buildings are placed outside the wall to slow down the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy all of his dragons and balloons. In the meantime, he will also deploy the barbarian king. Some of the dragons and balloons will be damaged by the defensive buildings in this base. The base is powerful enough to destroy his whole troops but he will activate his hero’s ability by clicking it again.
Now the barbarian king will continue clearing the outer buildings. At the same time, he will deploy healers to heal the barbarian king. Now he will deploy the archers to destroy the air defenses and other resources. After that, he will use rage spells on balloons and dragons to increase their powers and make them stable for more time.
Now, he will use a healing spell to heal the dragons. These efforts could be helpful but the base is strong enough to defend against the opponent’s attack. In the end, the attacker will not be able to get even two stars from this base and will be defeated.
