Clash of Clans Anti 2 Star Bases TH9 are designed to keep the main Townhall 9 building safe. These layouts will not let the attackers get 50 percent damage and the TH9 building should not be broken in the attack. So the attacker will get only 1 star on your TH9 base.
In this th9 anti 2 star base, (Anti 2 stars Layout). Townhall is placed in the middle of the base surrounded by hidden tesla, air sweeper, and traps. We have built four sections around the townhall in corners. Wizard towers and mortars with some resources are placed between these boxes.
The first section contains the wizard tower, air defense, builder hut, and cannons with bomb towers. While clan castle, air defense, and hidden tesla, with traps, are placed in another section. We have placed X-bow and barbarian king with traps in the third section.
The last section contains an archer queen and an X-bow. All the remaining buildings are settled around the base to distract the enemy.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy a golem, barbarian kicker, giant, and wall breaker. They will attack outer resources and buildings. Wall breakers will target walls but x-bow will damage them. He will deploy the wizard troops at the corner to cause more damage. He will cast a lightning spell on X-bow to secure his army.
The attacker will deploy an archer queen, barbarian king, dragon, and baby dragons with Valkyrie or minions at another corner. He will also cast earthquake spells on defense buildings. The defense buildings inside sections continuously attack troops.
The troops will destroy all the outer resources. He will cast freeze spells on heroes to secure his golem troops. Air defense will damage the dragons. Wizard tower and hidden tesla will eliminate the barbarian king or archer queen.
Hidden Tesla and X-bow will not let the troops attack on townhall. They will damage all the troops and defend the base. The troops will fail to destroy the townhall building. The attacker will not be able to get two or even three stars from this base due to a strong layout or defense strategy.
