Clash of Clans Anti 3 Star Bases TH9 are designed to limit the attacker to 2 stars or less. We don’t focus on saving the main Townhall 9 building and even 50 percent damage. These bases are planned so the attacker will not get 3 stars on your TH9.
In this th9 anti 3 star base, (Anti 3 stars Layout). Townhall is placed in the middle of the base in a huge section. Clan castle, hidden tesla, X-bow, and cannons are placed around the townhall building. Air sweeper, archer tower, and mortar are placed in front and behind the townhall building.
There are three portions on each side of the townhall building. The left side portion contains a barbarian king, an archer tower, cannons, and a wizard tower with mortars. While, bomb tower, cannons, wizard tower, and archer queen with some resources are settled in right side portions.
All the remaining resources and buildings are placed outside the section along the walls to distract the attacker’s troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy a barbarian kicker, golem, and wizard. They will attack cannons and resources. X-bow and Wizard Tower will defend the base and attack on troops. He will cast lightning spells on the X-bow to secure his troops.
He will deploy a barbarian king and archer queen with hog riders to cause more destruction. Heroes will attack outer resources while hog riders will climb the walls and attack inner defenses.
He will cast rage spells on hog riders to increase their speed and they will destroy the wizard tower or x-bow. Hidden Tesla will attack troops so he will cast a healing spell on them to recover their health. He will also cast a freeze spell on defense buildings.
Hog riders will damage all the defense near the townhall building. Archer Queen will damage most of the troops. Wizard tower and cannon will eliminate the hero of the attacker. Our defense buildings will damage all the troops of the attacker.
The attacker will not be able to get two or even three stars from this base due to a strong layout or defense strategy.
