30 levels of Archer Queen and Barbarian King are good additions to a strong defense. Your base should have to perform well in War/CWL if you want to win. Our Clash of Clans War Bases TH9 (CWL Bases TH9) will turn your Townhall 9 into the best defense base.
Th3 to th8 will not get 1 star and TH9 to TH11 will get only 2 stars if they try their best. These TH9 bases with level 10 walls will give a tough time to opponents.
In this th9 war base, (Anti 3 stars, Hybrid, War/CWL Layout). Townhall is placed in the middle of the layout. Clan castle, x-bows, and traps are placed around the townhall building. Mortars and archer towers are placed in sections on both sides of the town hall.
Bomb towers and hidden Teslas are placed in front of the townhall. Air defense and wizard tower with archer queen base are placed on both sides to protect the townhall building. The outer section contains cannons, mortars, and archer towers.
There are three more sections behind the townhall building. Two contain a wizard tower, air defense, cannons, and air weepers. While the third section contains an archer tower, cannon, and mortar. All the remaining buildings are placed around the townhall building.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy a lava hound and balloons around the base. He will also deploy Archer Queen at the same time. Wizard tower, archer tower, and air defense will defend the base and attack troops.
The Attacker will cast a freeze spell on air defense to secure his army. X-bow will attack balloons and cause huge damage. He will cast healing spells to heal them and also cast rage spells on troops to increase their speed.
The troops will destroy cannons, air sweepers, and air defense. X-bow will attack continuously on troops. Balloons will destroy the x-bows around the townhall building. The troops will attack on townhall but hidden Teslas will destroy them.
Archer queen will destroy the outer resources. Archer tower and hidden tesla will kill the archer queen. The attacker will not be able to get two or even three stars from the base due to a strong layout strategy.
