In this farming base TH12, (Anti Everything, Hybrid Layout), the town hall is placed on the left side of the base along with an elixir collector, an archer tower, a hero, a wizard tower, a cannon and a gold storage. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The archer towers, eagle artillery, wizard towers, air defenses, mortars, a clan castle, air sweepers, air defenses, gold mines, elixir storages, cannons, elixir collectors, x-bows, and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a wizard and the barbarian kickers near the dark elixir drill and some other buildings to attack and destroy them. He will deploy the wall wrecker near the outer buildings to break the walls faster. He will deploy the archer queen in the corner to make the attack vigorous.
In the meantime, he will deploy the healers behind the archer queen. Healers will continuously heal the archer queen during the attack. He will deploy the P.E.K.K.A troop and the super bowlers near the wall wrecker to make the attack more intense.
He will deploy the barbarian king and the grand warden near the multiple troops to intensify the attack. His army will destroy the town hall, archer towers, cannons and other resource buildings.
Our defense buildings including x-bows, hidden teslas, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them. After that, he will cast an overgrowth spell on the wizard tower, dark elixir drill, archer tower and a mortar to ignore the attack.
He will cast a clone spell on the super bowlers and the grand warden to make their clones. He will cast a freeze spell on the town hall to secure his troops. Then, he will cast an invisibility spell, a healing spell and a rage spell on the multiple troops to make them invisible, heal them and increase their power.
He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
