In this farming base TH12, (Anti 3 Stars, Hybrid Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with two gold storages and a dark elixir storage. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
The archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, eagle artillery, mortars, a clan castle, dark elixir storage, air sweepers, hidden teslas, gold mines, elixir storages, cannons, builders’ huts, dark elixir drills, x-bows, and inferno towers are placed in different sections. Walls secure these sections.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, a blacksmith, a laboratory, army camps, a workshop and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the barbarian kickers and the barbarians near the dark elixir drill, elixir collectors, gold mines and some other buildings to attack and destroy them. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots.
He will deploy the stone slammer near the barbarian kickers to throw giant boulders and flatten some buildings. He will deploy the giant throwers, barbarian king and the archer queen behind the stone slammer to make the attack more intensive. Our defense buildings will keep attacking them.
He will deploy a wizard, electro dragons and the grand warden near the multiple troops to attack more buildings. His army will destroy archer towers, wizard towers, inferno tower, air defenses and other resource buildings.
Our defense buildings including hidden teslas, cannons, inferno towers and some other defense buildings will make a great attack on multiple troops and destroy some of them. He will cast an overgrowth spell on some resource buildings to ignore the attack. He will cast a clone spell on the giant throwers to make their clones.
Then, he will cast a rage spell on the electro-dragons to increase their power. He will cast a healing spell on the electro dragons and the grand warden to heal them. He will cast an invisibility spell on the giant throwers to invisible them. He will cast a freeze spell on the eagle artillery to secure his troops.
He has already used the major part of his army just to destroy one side of the base. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down.
As a result, the attacker will not be able to get three or even two stars just because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
