This war base th13, (Anti Everything, Anti 2 stars Layout) is designed to fail the attack. Here we have built six sections in two sets vertically and boxes are drawn between them horizontally. The townhall is placed in the middle of the layout with clan castle and eagle artillery.
An Inferno tower, air sweeper, X-bows, and traps are placed on both sides of the townhall. The outer boxes had traps in them. The sections at the corners have Air defense in them. Scattershots are placed in other sections with heroes.
All the remaining buildings are placed around the sections to secure the townhall building.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The opponent will deploy a log launcher and barbarian king in the corner. They will destroy the pet house and move forward. He will deploy Archer Queen, electro dragons, and balloons. He will also deploy the grand warden and royal champion.
Scattershot and hidden Tesla will attack the balloons so he cast a freeze spell on them. He will also cast a rage spell on the troops to increase their speed. They will destroy the defense and resource buildings outside.
X-bows will destroy the balloons. Townhall attacks the dragon and heroes but he casts a freeze spell on it. He will again cast a rage spell on his troops and they destroy the townhall and buildings around it in no time.
Inferno tower will destroy the electro dragons. The attacker will not be able to get three stars due to a strong base.
