In this war base TH13, (Anti 3 Stars, Anti Everything, War/CWL), the town hall is placed in the centre section of the base along with eagle artillery, a gold storage, a hero and two air sweepers. Walls are placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
X-bows, archer towers, wizard towers, air defenses, cannons, heroes, scattershots, inferno towers and hidden teslas are placed in different sections. All sections are secured by walls.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, a spell factory, dark elixir drills, builders’ huts, a blacksmith, a workshop, mortars, cannons, hero, army camps, barracks and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the log launcher on the corner of the base to attack multiple buildings including the archer tower and air defenses. The trunk-throwing contraption pummels everything in front of it with endless logs to open a path for other troops.
He will deploy the ice golem, P.E.K.K.A troop, yetis and super wizards near the log launcher to make the attack more vigorous. Archer towers and inferno towers will start the attack on them. He will deploy super wall breaker, barbarian kickers and an apprentice warden to make the attack more intensive.
Our defense buildings including archer towers and inferno towers will do a great attack on the ice golem and destroy it. He will deploy the royal champion and the archer queen to attack and destroy more buildings vigorously. At this point, the eagle artillery will also activate and start hitting his troops by throwing exploding shells.
His army will attack the multiple buildings and destroy archer towers, a wizard tower army camps and x-bows. He will cast an overgrowth spell on the elixir collectors to ignore their attack. He will cast a rage spell on the multiple troops to increase their power. He will cast a clone spell on the multiple troops who make their clones.
Then he will cast the healing spells on the P.E.K.K.A troop, barbarian kickers and the archer queen to heal them. Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, he will not be able to get three stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
