In this war base TH13, (Defense, Legend League, War/CWL, Anti Air / Electro Dragon Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with two air sweepers. Walls are uniquely placed around it. We have designed this layout in multiple sections.
Inferno towers, archer towers, hidden teslas, elixir collectors, builders’ huts, x-bows and gold mines are placed in different sections. These sections are also sacred by walls.
All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, scattershots, eagle artillery, a clan castle, gold mines, a spell factory, dark elixir drills, a blacksmith, a workshop, archer towers, mortars and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy the barbarian kickers near the outer buildings. Barbarian kickers will attack the buildings with their football shots. Our defense buildings will start attacking them. He will deploy the stone slammer near the balloons to throw giant boulders and flatten some buildings.
Our defense buildings including inferno towers and hidden tesla will do a great attack on the stone slammer and destroy it. He will deploy the inferno dragons and super minions to make the attack more intensive. He will deploy the barbarian king and royal champion to attack more buildings.
Our defense buildings including archer towers, wizard towers, inferno towers, cannons and hidden teslas will do a great attack on the multiple troops and destroy them. After that, he will cast a freeze spell on the eagle artillery and gold storage to secure his troops.
He will cast an overgrowth on the archer tower, barracks and a spell factory to ignore the attack. Then, he will cast a clone spell on the super minions and a barbarian king to make their clones. He will cast a healing spell on the super minions and barbarian king to heal them.
He will cast a bat spell. He will cast a rage spell on the multiple troops to increase their power. Our defense buildings will do a great attack on multiple troops and destroy them. The army will do their best to enter the inner sections but our defenses will give them a tough time.
Our defense buildings will strike against them and tear them down. As a result, he will not be able to get three or even two stars because of a strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy.
