In this war base TH15, (Anti 3 Stars, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), the town hall is placed in the center section of the base along with a hidden tesla, a clan castle and a hero. This section is connected with two small compartments. In the first compartment, an archer tower, an x-bow and a hero are placed.
In the second compartment, an eagle artillery and archer towers are placed. There are four sections in the corner of the base. Two x-bows are placed in the first section. An inferno tower, two hidden teslas, a builder’s hut and an air sweeper are placed in the second section.
In the third section, we have placed an inferno tower, a scattershot, a builder’s hut and a hidden tesla. In the fourth section, we have placed a monolith, an inferno tower, an air sweeper and a spell tower. All the remaining buildings including elixir collectors, gold mines, spell factory, dark elixir drills, blacksmith, pet house, barracks and other resource and defense buildings are placed outside the walls to confound the troops.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
With the above army, the attacker will deploy a barbarian near the outer buildings. He will deploy giant throwers near the multiple defense buildings to do a vigorous attack. The giant throwers throw their footballs which bounce twice and hit targets such as defense and resource buildings.
Our defense buildings will keep attacking them. He will deploy the barbarian kickers near the elixir collector and gold mine to attack and destroy them. He will cast a rage spell on the eagle artillery and an archer tower to increase their power. He will deploy balloons near multiple defense buildings to attack at a time.
Our defense buildings including an inferno tower, hidden teslas and archer towers will do a great attack on the balloons and destroy some of them. After that, he will deploy the stone slammer near the balloons to throw giant boulders and flatten them. At this point, the eagle artillery will activate and start hitting his troops by throwing exploding shells. At the same time, it will be destroyed by a stone slammer.
He will deploy the electro dragons around the base to make the attack more intense. They will attack multiple buildings with their lightning strikes and fire splashes from the air. He will deploy the royal champion and the grand warden with their pets to vigorously attack and destroy more buildings.
The poison lizard spits slow toxins at its foes to slow down their attack on her hero. On the other hand, the phoenix will attack the nearby buildings to destroy them. He will use the hero ability of the grand warden to secure them from a defensive attack.
Our defense buildings including inferno towers and hidden teslas will do an enormous attack and destroy some of his troops. Then, he will cast another rage spell on the multiple troops to increase their power. He will cast a freeze spell on inferno tower and an air sweeper to secure his troops from its attack.
He will cast a clone spell on multiple troops to make clones and mislead our defenses. Then, he will cast a healing spell on the balloons and stone slammer to heal them and stabilize them for some time. He will cast another freeze spell on the town hall and a clan castle to secure his troops from its attack.
Our defense buildings will do an intensive strike and destroy his army before getting any great deal of damage. As a result, because of our strong defense mechanism and good layout strategy, he will not be able to get three or even two stars.
