In this war base TH9 (Anti 3 stars, Anti Everything, War/CWL Layout), we have designed the layout in a different way, where the townhall and the clan castle are placed in the center of the base along with four hidden teslas, two air sweepers, and traps. A pair of sections has an X-bow in the center, two giant bombs, and some wall units.
The second pair of sections, on the left and right corners of the base includes a mortar, an air defense, and gold & elixir storages in each of them. We have placed heroes, wizard towers, air defenses, and mortars in the third pair of sections around the townhall.
The last section has a cannon and two storages. Other army buildings, remaining defenses (archer towers, cannons, wizard towers), and resources are placed outside these sections to slow the attacker’s troops.
In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.

Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy the electro dragon near the army camps and builder huts. Then he will deploy Valkyries, wizards, and archer queen. These all will start damaging the defenses.
At the same time, the air and ground defenses would be attacking the attacker’s troops and damaging many of them. He will cast a freeze spell on the wizard tower. He will also activate the archer queen’s ability.
Here the opponent will cast a rage spell on Valkyreis to speed up them, and healing spells on his other army. He will cast another freeze spell on X-bow that would be hitting Electro Dragon too much.
Due to the good layout strategy, the attacker will have lost 75% army. His remaining army would not have enough time to clear the whole base. Time will run out and he will face defeat and not be able to get 3 stars.
