Eagle Artillery and Grand Warden in Clash of Clans TH11 War Base (CWL Bases TH11) are the game-changing buildings on this level. Walls of level 12 with your heroes and Eagle Artillery will make your base stronger than the TH10 war base.
In this th11 war base, (Defense, War/CWL, Anti Everything Layout). Eagle artillery is placed in the middle of the layout in a box. Townhall building is placed behind it in another box. Clan castle, inferno tower, x-bows, and hidden tesla are also placed there.
Air defense, wizard tower, archer tower, cannons, and mortars with heroes base are placed around the townhall building in a box. All the remaining buildings are placed around the layout and walls are settled in all corners.

In this article, I am sharing a demo of an attack on this base for better understanding.
Here are the steps for the complete attack on this base with the above army:
The attacker will deploy all of his troops including Valkyrie, golem, bowler, archer, and balloons in the corner. At the same time, he will deploy all of his heroes grand warden, barbarian king, and archer queen.
The troops will destroy the outer resources. Eagle Artillery, inferno tower, and other defense will attack troops. X-bows and inferno towers will cause huge damage to the army so he cast a healing spell on his army. The attacker will cast a freeze spell on them to secure his army.
He will cast a rage spell on bowlers and they will destroy the townhall building. Inferno tower will destroy most of the troops. Eagle Artillery will kill the barbarian king. X-bow will kill the bowler troops. The attacker will not be able to get three stars from the base.
